We got up early and went to King's Cross station and boarded a train for Grantham, England. Our friends George and Edna picked us up at the station and we began our day. We started by looking at this memorial in front of the Guild Hall, that George was instrumental in having erected. It is to honor all the fallen men of England, who fought in wars since 1945. From there we went inside the Hall for a tour and then on out into the country side for a great lunch.Thursday, December 10, 2009
First full day in London
