As many of you know, I trim Dave's hair. I'm about to begin the procedure.

Bobble Head Pig

As you can probably tell, I'm getting a big kick out of these pigs all over town. Last Friday, Dave and I took a ferry over to Bainbridge Island to visit some friends. Before boarding the boat we got some coffee and discovered this guy. It was a windy morning, hence the scarf.

Oops

I meant a rattier looking little kid. I also vaguely remember that coat. I think it was brown and sort of fuzzy.

Me

Since we are getting ready to move, we are going through lots of things. The other night we found another box of photos and we found "this". I was about 4 or 5. Have you ever seen a ratty looking little kid. Geeeez

Pigs are everywhere.

Dad and I were downtown on Sunday afternoon, just killing some time before we had to meet the rest of the family for dinner. They have these decorated pigs all over town. This one was just rather colorful and I thought he should have his picture taken.

Father's Day

The family got together for a celebration of Father's Day. We went to the Claim Jumper for dinner. Great food, great time. Thanks Dad's =)

My rose bush

This rose bush was given to me by a former boss of mine from Bellevue Christian School. It is truly a gift that keeps on giving. Every year it gets tons of flowers. They are yellow and coral in color. Truly amazing.

It's real....

the fact that we will be moving. After about 6 weeks of throwing away, giving away, and packing away, it seems we're ready to show the house. Here we go.

A little blast from the past.

We've been going through loads of slides and putting them into the computer. We came across these and since I haven't taken anything new lately I'm going with these. They are from my brother Fred's wedding. As a recall it was a terrific day.

This is one of my favorite pictures of Dave. We were at Big Sur, he was sitting on these rocks and all these squirrels appeared. We had some crackers and so started to feed them. They actually tugged on his pant leg when they thought they were being left out.

Martha was on her 8th grade state trip and managed to fall and break her arm.

Visitors

Just a couple of photos from the place young David calls the Kidney Kompound. This fuschia is hanging outside of our dining room window.
The picture above is of Daphne and Donald walking around on our roof. We feed them one slice of bread each evening. They are here every night between 5 and 6. We were eating cheese and crackers and they were watching us as if to say "where is our bread"? We brought it out, they flew down and everyone seemed to be happy.
