We haven't been doing too many....

picture worthy things. You'll be able to tell by viewing the next 3 photos. Spring is coming however. We have a little plot in front of our house and lots of little green things are coming up. After we see what all is in there, we'll actually do some gardening.

Eclipse?

If you put the cursor in the middle of this photo and click, you'll be able to see my half hearted attempt at photographing the eclipse of the moon from our driveway. It was spectacular, but you sure can't tell from this.

Museum of Flight photo. This is in front of a Gemini capsule. It was a simulator, therefore not all scorched up by re entry.

Museum of Flight

Dave and I went to dinner at Bahama Breeze and then to the Museum of Flight with our friend Nanci from Alaska. The Museum was having a exhibit of past airline uniforms. It was a great evening and brought back lots of memories. Many airlines were represented, but it seems I got stuck on photos of one particular UAL uniform. Hmmmmm

When United flight attendants wore this uniform, UAL decided that ticket agents would wear the same thing. We have navy blue ones as well. They had jackets with the same collar and stripe down the front. The stripe and collar were actually white. This uniform is some 40 yrs old. It was the nicest one I got to wear. Very comfortable and a nice knit. Yes, they were that short. It was the 60's.

Valentine Banquet

This is Dave and I and some other friends at our annual Advance Group Valentine Dinner. The evening was very nice. Good food, friends and entertainment. We look forward to this every year.

Birthday Party for Jolene.

We went to the Macaroni Grill last evening to celebrate Jolene's birthday. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. I cleaned my plate! We were there during the SuperBowl so the restaurant was not crowded and driving to and fro was a piece of cake. Nice evening.
