This is ole' Dad kissing the Blarney stone. Imagine my surprise this morning, when I turned on the TV and saw that Matt Lauer of the "Today" show was visiting Ireland. Was fun to reminisce a bit.

Do they ever wash the Blarney Stone? Or is that why Paps is trying to reach a not much kissed spot?
I think the only thing that washes the Blarney Stone is rain. Hence, I didn't kiss it. =) momk
Everyone is concerned about how sanitary things are. Where is your spirt of adventure? Dad got to do it twice and he hasn't come down with anything. Why would you go that far and not kiss the stone? Kind of like going to New York and not walking across the Brooklyn Bridge because somehow you might "fall off" or going to the Grand Canyon and not looking over the edge
