The whole dessert was Lucille's idea, but the ladies who helped her actually "did" it. The dessert also had a large dollop of whipped cream on top with green food coloring in it. (Ireland you know) Then a sprig of mint stuck on top. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was super. lum
